1. Consultation Services
Refunds are not provided for completed consultations. If cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the appointment, a partial refund may be issued, minus processing fees.
2. Digital Marketing Services
Refunds may apply if deliverables, as outlined in the service agreement, are not met due to Triloke Communications Private Limited. oversight. Refund requests are reviewed individually, considering the work already completed and expenses incurred.
3. Project-Based Services
For ongoing or large projects, partial refunds may be issued depending on the project phase at cancellation. Refunds will be prorated based on completed milestones, with service fees deducted to cover preliminary work and resources.
4. Performance-Based Campaigns
Performance-related services are assessed based on agreed metrics. Refunds are not typically provided, but adjustments may be made for future campaigns if KPIs are unmet due to internal factors.
5. Billing and Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 days of service completion or termination. Triloke Communications Private Limited. reviews each case within 10 business days, and approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days.
6. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds apply to:
- One-time creative deliverables (e.g., graphics, videos) after final client approval.
- Third-party charges (e.g., ad spend, software costs).
- Services completed beyond the contracted period without cancellation.
